We are a Licenced Wedding Venue where you can host your Ceremony in either of our Function Rooms depending on the number of your guests (up to 60 guests).
You are welcome to arrange your own Celebrant for the day to ensure you get the most personalised ceremony service

We can cater for Weddings of all sizes with different packages to choose from. Our talented Head Chef has created delicious menus to offer your guests quality meals at an affordable price. Our package offerings include:
Buffet - 15 - 120 persons from £19 per person
Three course meal - 12 - 50 persons from £32 per person
Canape Menu - 20 - 120 persons from £29 per person
Our large function room 'The Saracens Room' offers personal bar hire where you can choose from the following beverage package options:
Drinks Packages - starting from £24 per person for 3 hours
Cash Bar - guests can purchase their own beverages
Tab - You can set a limit and then guests can purchase their own
beverages once the limit has finished
Pre-order - you can pre-order drinks and have a drinks stations ready
(no bar-hire required)
Or - Guests can order their drinks from the main bar (no bar-hire required)

What are the deposit & room hire details?
We require £500 deposit and completed booking form to confirm your booking. Room hire for Reception is £500 - this is waived when you spend a minimum of £2000 in preordered food and beverage.
Can I arrange to see the Function Rooms and/or Accommodation rooms?
Yes, please email email@example.com with proposed date/time and we will arrange a site inspection appointment with you.
Do you do discounted Hotel Rooms if I book my Wedding with you?
Yes we do! Please speak with our Function Coordinator about our great packages available for Wedding Bookings.

We had the hotel booked out for the night before and night of our wedding weekend just gone and can say we were extremely happy with the entire experience. The rooms were clean and the decor was very quirky and appropriate for the feel of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you. Excellent value for money and we are already talking about revisiting for our anniversary next year!"
We offer Bridal Couples great packages when booking at our Coaching Inn. Your personal function coordinator will personally arrange your Wedding Accommodation Booking and will discuss our
peak and off-peak tariffs and services and greater discount when booking your Reception with us.

We recently stayed at The Saracens Head Hotel for a family wedding. Our double room was nicely furnished and had all the things we required for a pleasant stay. The White Company toiletries were divine! I needed to borrow the use of an iron and ironing board and this was no problem at all. The reception staff were very helpful when booking taxis to the wedding venue and back to the airport and the breakfast staff were friendly and amenable. We had an enjoyable evening in the bar the night before the wedding. The breakfast menu was nice and varied - I did find it odd that a quality establishment like the Saracen's Head Hotel only provided a bowl of fruit you could help yourself too, no nice fresh fruit salad or even tinned grapefruit or prunes. All in all a very pleasant stay and a place I would be happy to return to.
We have just spent the weekend here for a friends birthday and I have to say we had the most amazing time! There was a large group of us & nothing was too much trouble for the manager Jeff & his team. The meal in the private dining room was 5 star and the buffet lunch we had was every bit as good. Check in was smooth and all of our requests were dealt with super efficiently. The rooms were spotless & very comfortable. Loved the music & the atmosphere in the bar. A special mention to Rob behind the bar who was a legend keeping us topped up at all times & still managed to make the best Espresso Martinis even with a full bar. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel & cant wait to come back again.
